30-Day Returns (Unused Items)
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund for an unused, brand new item, returned in its original packaging.
To be eligible, items must be:

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Used Items)
If you have used your product and are not satisfied, you may request a refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, approved refunds for used items may not require physical return and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, email us at support@olphoria.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Olphoria Ltd.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (where applicable), we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
